Dr. Chia-Wei Chen is from Taiwan, and is currently working in the Vision Based Inspection Systems (SPR) at the Fraunhofer Institute of Optronics, System Technologies and Image Exploitation IOSB in Karlsruhe, Germany. On June 3, NCIR welcomes Dr. Chen and Prof. Chih-Ming Wang from the Department of Optics and Photonics (DOP) oft National Central University. The visit features an insightful lab tour highlighting NCIR's customized services in thin-film coating and precision optics technology.
