On August 26, NCIR is honored to host Prof. Julia W.P. Hsu — Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at UT Dallas and Yushan Scholar at National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) — along with Prof. Yu-Hsu Chang from the Department of Materials and Mineral Resources Engineering at NTUT.
